Synchronicities
Have you ever had one of those moments where you see the same object, number, color, animal, phrase, etc. over and over again or something that you were just talking about appears in your life?
Some call these coincidences or synchronicities. I like to also call them winks from God/ Higher Power/ Life Force/ Energies (whatever you call it). I look at these winks as nudges or hintings at something. Maybe it is a confirmation that I am on the right path in this moment, maybe it is a nudge towards a certain direction or maybe it is a reminder to check in with myself.
Check in with yourself now. Is there an object, animal, color, number, phrase, etc. that keeps showing up in your life?
If your answer is YES, close your eyes and picture that image in your mind’s eye. Look at it in detail and maybe even ask it what it is trying to tell you. Don’t overthink it. Just observe what is happening. Take a few breaths in and out before you blink your eyes open. Whenever that object reappears in your life, just notice it, and ask it what it is trying to tell you.
If your answer is NO, close your eyes and just sit for a few moments taking a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Notice the stillness and calm at the tops and bottoms of your breath right before you inhale and exhale. There is peace and stillness there. Now picture yourself in your favorite place in the entire world, picture yourself walking around in that location just wandering about. Something catches your eye and draws you towards it. As you come closer, try to see what that object, animal, color, number, etc is. You don’t have to overthink it. Pick up the item and hold it in your hands taking a few deep breaths here. Come back to the present moment and trust that this item will continue to guide you.
I personally love being the observer of synchronicities and connecting the dots of life. It is a time to pause and reflect. Have fun and enjoy the process of noticing!
